摘要: Primary insomnia (PI), the most common sleep disorder, is primarily characterized by difficulties in initiating and maintaining deficits daytime functioning. Study of white matter (WM) connections brain might provide valuable information regarding underlying neural mechanism PI. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) provides non-invasive access to microstructural network properties WM, thus, a great opportunity quantitatively sensitively study human brain. The current literature PI does not consistent explanation etiology pathology disorder; we searched PubMed, EMBASE, SCOPUS for DTI studies that compared WM integrity or organization between patients healthy controls integrate all existing as an insight further studies, and, hopefully, effective prevention management disorder. English peer-reviewed full-text publications investigated diffusion indices those with symptoms group were included. We included 11 extracted data qualitative synthesis. Except one study, rated high-quality, based on quality assessment. In aggregation, total 541 679 this study. Our review suggests disruptions are better context networks. Frontostriatal, frontothalamic, corticocortiscal networks, well limbic system, seem be main networks alterations To illustrate, different parts corona radiate internal capsule within corticosubcortical superior longitudinal fasciculus corticocortical showed altered patients. view fact findings from individual heterogeneous, it difficult derive results, divergence must disregarded. Thus, starting point future its implications pathogenesis should regarded cautiously.
