摘要: Several behavioral interventions, based on social enrichment and observational learning are applied in treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders. However, the mechanism such modulatory effect safety methods individuals involved support need further investigation. We took advantage known differences between inbred mouse strains to reveal behavior neurobiology animals with different phenotypes. C57BL/6 DBA/2 female mice displaying multiple cognitive, social, emotional were group-housed either same-strain or mixed-strain conditions. Comprehensive phenotyping analysis expression several plasticity- stress-related genes done measure reciprocal effects interaction strains. Contrary our expectation, mixed housing did not change mice. Nevertheless, level serum corticosterone glucocorticoid receptor Nr3c1 brain increased housed as compared those separately In contrast, socially active more sensitive housing, signs stress: alterations learning, anxiety-like anhedonia. These impairments accompanied by elevated reduced Nr3c1, well Bdnf levels cortex hippocampus. Our results demonstrate importance factors modulation both underlying neurobiological mechanisms stress response, draw attention potential negative impact interventions for support.
