摘要: This review highlights the importance of enzymology, a field great neglect in current cutaneous biology research. It was therefore aim by using selected examples epidermal enzymes and their action including some open questions to demonstrate this area. Clearly thorough understanding basic knowledge is needed which turn offers plethora innovative research projects for curious mind. Moreover, order gain closest truth instead generating esoteric results, emphasis put forward on holistic view utilizing combination modern sometimes old methods get answer. Last but not least bench work only useful welfare our patients if we can apply knowledge.
