摘要: Human dermal papilla cells (HDPC) express mRNA for the key enzymes de novo synthesis/recycling and regulation of pterin (6R)-L-erythro-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobiopterin (6BH 4 ). HDPC had significantly higher enzyme activities 6BH levels in a comparative study with fibroblasts, epidermal melanocytes, keratinocytes under vitro conditions. In addition, more rapid uptake 14 C-L-phenylalanine was demonstrated compared whereas differences turnover to L-tyrosine were insignificant, suggesting pooling L-phenylalanine HDPC. These results suggested that driven synthesis could be major functional importance hair cycle. order follow this hypothesis vivo , expression produced cofactor during synchronized cycle determined employing murine model C57BL/6. data revealed increased via GTP-cyclohydrolase I concomitant high induction phenylalanine hydroxylase telogen/early anagen stage (days 0–1). Pterin fall on day 3 plateau rest entire thioredoxin reductase glutathione measured, where latter remained constant but showed biphasic behavior. The first peak coincided at beginning second observed mid-anagen, when melanogenesis takes place. Taken together, our show presence autocrine human follicle conditions, possible role
