摘要: It has been demonstrated previously that the concept of flexural waves may be used to simplify computation response periodic structures under aero-acoustic excitation. Due its formulation date this work limited, practically, where exact solutions differential equations are derivable. Here, new formulations considered with particular reference energy methods and it is indicated all approximate for deriving normal modes become special cases general free in infinite structures. Wave propagation constants introduced via “propagation selection conditions”. The extended Hamilton's Principle study induced systems terms series waves, motion analogous those Powell's mode theory established.
