摘要: Abstract According to the Latvian policy planning documents, main macro indicators for monitoring progress of national development are: GDP per capita, income inequity index S80/S20 and population growth. Policy documents propose different sectoral targets that are not linked with each other, sometimes providing conflicting goals. There international European Union (EU) (especially in environmental climate sector) contradict goals occasionally set as priorities Latvia which necessary resources appropriated. The authors an improved methodological approach interlinking models generate more efficient decision making mechanisms.
