Systemic Approach to the Integration of Motorway Networks into European Emergency Number 112

摘要: In recent years, the world has focused on protection of critical infrastructures, especially in field transportation, which is particularly considering traffic accidents. This paper presents procedure for categorisation efficiency level an existing motorway emergency system, as well presenting most important basis design a new management system based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools, geographic information systems operative procedures. The whole should be improved with eCall technology. Using systemic approach taking into account available services, such police, medical services fire brigades, making optimal schedule proposed. For each service, fastest-route principle defined, road networks, intensity, closures caused by accident, etc.
