摘要: In the past decades, microRNAs (miRNA) have much attracted attention of researchers at interface between life and theoretical sciences for their involvement in post-transcriptional regulation related diseases. Thanks to always more sophisticated experimental techniques, role miRNAs as "noise processing units" has been further elucidated two main ways miRNA noise-control emerged by combinations studies. While on one side were thought buffer gene expression noise, it recently suggested that could also increase cell-to-cell variability targets. this Mini Review, we focus molecular noise advantages well current limitations modelling.
