摘要: The purpose of this report was to compile relevant technical information on various alternative strategies that can be used as feasible approaches in the development solid dispersions. technologies discussed are spray coating sugar beads with a fluidized bed system, hot melt extrusion, direct capsule filling, electrostatic spinning, surface active carriers, and supercritical fluid technology. focus is basic principles, equipment involved, scale-up work. These have been found eliminate several drawbacks posed by conventional methods manufacturing dispersions such laborious preparation methods, reproducibility, scaling up processes, stability drug, vehicle.
