摘要: Subgrain texture and microstructure evolution in individual ferrite grains single (so called interstitial-free) dual phase (DP) steel sheets with various martensitic fractions during stepwise equibiaxial deformation was observed by high resolution electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) measurement on a special stage positioned inside scanning microscope chamber. The micromechanical effect of hard martensite islands adjacent DP steels analyzed comparing the microstructural changes two steels. strain partitioning between steel, development orientation gradients near islands, surface height variation were via combination transmission microscopy, EBSD, atomic force microscopy. From these geometrical observations main to shed into ferrite, thus inducing gradients, spread, geometrically necessary dislocations increased variation.
