摘要: Chitosan-modified magnetic carbon nanotubes (CS-MCNTs) were synthesized and investigated by FT-IR, EDX, FE-SEM, elemental analysis, XRD, VSM TGA. In order to synthesize the CS-MCNTs composites, Fe3O4 decorated (CNTs-Fe3O4) modified with a silica layer ammonia-catalysed hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate (CNTs-Fe3O4@SiO2). Then, successfully grafted on surface CNTs-Fe3O4@SiO2via suspension cross-linking method. The CS-MCNT was found be an excellent heterogeneous catalyst for synthesis 1,4-dihydropyridines (DHPs). attractive advantages present process include short reaction times, milder cleaner conditions, higher purity yields, easy isolation products, easier work-up procedure lower generation waste or pollutions. This easily separated external magnet recovered reused several times without any significant loss activity. A combination CNTs, chitosan nanoparticles provides important methodology carrying out catalytic transformations. Therefore, this method green much improved protocol over existing methods.
