摘要: Analytical flow cytometry (AFC) is a novel technique for the rapid (more than 103 s-1) analysis and sorting of single cells based upon simultaneous, multiple measurements laser-induced particle fluorescence, light scatter impedance. Originally developed biomedical use, AFC now being adapted to analyse single-celled organisms such as phytoplankton bacteria which are present trace but functionally important components in seawater. Marine has been used analytically differentiate sort these from heterogeneous assemblage particles Chlorophyll autofluorescence an unique biomarker photosynthetic cytometrically both laboratory at sea. A theoretical practical framework cytometric quantitation cellular chlorophyll on presented. Other subcellular constituents enzymes, lipids, nucleic acids toxins have recently analysed by using immuno-, induced or applied fluorescent labelling techniques. Examples presented together with developments fringe areas that likely influence marine near future.
