摘要: The best method for determination of the composition amylose-fatty acid complexes comprises hydrolysis, followed by solvent exrtaction fatty acids. content a cyclodextrin complex can be directly titrated with alcoholic alkali. were prepared in aqueous solution, and some influences reaction parameters observed. A higher concentration resulted every case complex. By washing dioxane or petroleum ether only adsorbed on its surface was removed. By using ethanol could removed from complex. fraction mixture incorporated into amylose is enriched saturated unsaturated acids included are practically completely protected against oxidation.
