Frequency of occurrence and concreteness ratings of homograph meanings

摘要: The purpose of this research was to establish norms for the relative frequency use different meaning common homographs (words that have one spelling but two or more distinctly meanings) and present ratings concreteness-abstractness those meanings. A total 108 subjects wrote a phrase sentence using each 120 were presented at 15.5-sec rate. For homograph, are provided indicating with which used by men women. In addition, four judges rated meaning. These also provided, as means overall concreteness homograph.
