摘要: In vivo microdialysis was used to investigate the effect of β-phenylethylamine on extracellular levels monoamines and their metabolites in nucleus accumbens conscious rats. At all doses tested (1, 10 100 μM), infusion through probe significantly increased dopamine accumbens. These increases were dose-related. The increase induced by μM not affected co-perfusion 4 tetrodotoxin. ability level comparable that same dose methamphetamine. On other hand, had a much less potent enhancing 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) than levels. Only highest (100 μM) caused statistically significant 5-HT Over range no metabolite 5-HT. results suggest efflux monoamines, preferentially dopamine, without affecting monoamine metabolism,
