摘要: In vivo microdialysis was used to investigate the effect of β-phenylethylamine on extracellular levels monoamines and their metabolites in nucleus accumbens conscious rats. At all doses tested (1, 10 100 μM), infusion through probe significantly increased dopamine accumbens. These increases were dose-related. The increase induced by μM not affected co-perfusion 4 tetrodotoxin. ability level comparable that same dose methamphetamine.
