摘要: Cultured rat embryo cells were stimulated to rapidly release a small group of proteins that included several heat-shock (hsp110, hsp71, hscp73) and nonmuscle actin. The extracellular analyzed by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Heat-shocked released the same set as control with addition stress-inducible hsp110 hsp71. Release these was not blocked either monensin or colchicine, inhibitors common secretory pathway. A amount glucose-regulated protein grp78 externalized this accumulation inhibited after they synthesized in presence lysine analogue aminoethyl cysteine. It is likely analogue-substituted misfolded could be from cells, supporting our conclusion selective mechanism involved. Remarkably, actin squid homologous hsp71 are also among select transferred glial giant axon, where have been implicated neuronal stress responses (Tytell et al.: Brain Res., 363:161-164, 1986). Based part on similarities between two sets proteins, we hypothesized labile cortical regions animal response perturbations homeostasis evolutionarily distinct cultured cells.
