摘要: LINC00941 is a novel lncRNA that has been found to exhibit protumorigenic and prometastatic behaviors during tumorigenesis. However, its role in metastatic CRC remains unknown. We aimed investigate the functions mechanisms of metastasis. was shown be upregulated CRC, associated with poor prognosis. Functionally, promoted migratory invasive capacities accelerated lung metastasis nude mice. Mechanistically, activated EMT cells, as indicated by increased expression key molecular markers cell invasion (Vimentin, Fibronectin, Twist1) simultaneous decreased main suppressors E-cadherin ZO-1. activate directly binding SMAD4 protein MH2 domain competing β-TrCP prevent degradation, thus activating TGF-β/SMAD2/3 signaling pathway. Our data reveal essential via activation axis, which provides new insight into mechanism potential therapeutic target for advanced CRC.
