摘要: Abstract The Pt–SnO2 system has attracted much attention as catalysts and gas sensors. Reduction–oxidation treatment been reported to significantly affect the microstructure activity of SnO2-supported platinum (Pt/SnO2) catalyst. In this study, electrochemical property Pt–SnOx device was investigated. This repeatedly exhibited ohmic rectifying characteristics in response reduction oxidation treatments, respectively. behavior also confirmed under reducing conditions, while effect appeared a gaseous mixture 5% CO–15% O2–80% N2. These phenomena could be explained by adsorption species diffusion atoms ions constituent materials.
