摘要: In this paper, we study characteristics of polymers (methylcellulose, hypromellose ((hydroxypropyl)methyl cellulose), poly(vinylpyrrolidone), and poly(vinyl alcohol)) with different chemical structures for microchip electrophoresis non-denatured protein samples in a plastic made poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA). Coating efficiency these controlling adsorption onto the channel surface microchip, wettability PMMA surface, electroosmotic flow microchannels presence were compared. Also relative electrophoretic mobility solutions was studied. We showed that when using low polymer concentrations (lower than entanglement point) where sieving effect is substantially negligible, interaction affected samples. This can be used achieving better resolution electrophor...
