摘要: Although a directed assembly strategy has been utilized for the massive of various nanowires and nanotubes (NWs/NTs), its application usually limited to rather small-diameter NWs/NTs prepared in solution. We report two complementary methods large-size ZnO (NWs). In solution-phase method, NWs were assembled aligned selectively onto negatively charged surface patterns addition, substrate bias voltage capillary forces can be used further enhance adsorption rate degree alignment NWs, respectively. direct-transfer NW film grown on solid was placed close proximity molecule-patterned substrate, ultrasonic vibration applied so that directly transferred patterned substrate.
