摘要: Abstract. Series of major earthquakes struck the Sundaland plate as a result convergence with neighboring plates such Indian, Australian and Philippine plates. Since then, is experiencing significant crustal deformation that implicate reactivation local fault embark question on status geohazard seismic risk. In Malaysia, study by using Global Positioning System (GPS) has been conducted for many years. However, information was reported separately difficult to be archived. addition, continuous estimation derived from GPS carried out in order provide present day status. This aims at generating catalog map Malaysia approximately nine (9) years data. this study, long-term form coordinate time series (CTS) were converted into yearly strain map. The changes respect location old active line properly analysed. From result, highest rate Peninsular happened 2004 until 2005 2012 2013 prior Acheh earthquake event moment magnitude (Mw) two strike-slip events Northern Sumatera 8.2Mw 8.6Mw. North Borneo region, most 2007 2009 2011 2013. It can expected results will beneficial augmenting mitigation Malaysia.
