摘要: Drought is a major abiotic factor limiting agricultural crop production. One of the effective ways to increase drought resistance in plants could be optimize exploitation symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). Hypothesizing that alleviation water deficits by AMF wheat will help maintain photosynthetic carbon-use, we studied role on gas-exchange, light-use efficiencies, carbon/nitrogen ratios and growth yield parameters contrasting (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars ‘Vinjett’ ‘1110’ grown with/without symbiosis. Water applied at floret initiation stage significantly decreased rates carbon gain, transpiration stomatal conductance two cultivars. increased photosynthesis, under conditions. electron transport rate non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) but not ‘Vinjett’. With AMF, nitrogen concentrations roots both cultivars, grains side-tiller regardless status. deficits, colonization plant height also biomass grain The results showed improvements were AMF-mediated increases photosynthesis during stress alleviating effect depended cultivar.
