摘要: The autonomic nervous system (ANS) has attracted attention as a regulator of bone remodeling and the effects beta-blockers on prevention osteoporosis have been studied. However, results are yet inconclusive physiological role ANS in metabolism not clarified. Thus, we investigated relationship between mineral density (BMD) activity non-medicated perimenopausal women. was evaluated by power spectral analysis heart rate variability, overall balance sympathetic parasympathetic activities (SNS PNS) were quantified. Pre- postmenopausal subjects divided into higher or lower groups, also SNS- PNS-dominant groups. BMD (percentage young adult mean) significantly group than (112.2 ± 16.2 % vs 99.7 14.8 %, p < 0.05) premenopausal subjects, but (91.5 15.9 91.0 14.9 %).
