摘要: Cervical cancer is the second most common form of death by in women worldwide and has special attention for development new treatment strategies. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) persistent infection main etiological agent this neoplasia, cellular transformation mechanism disruption p53 pRb function interaction with HPV E6 E7 oncoproteins. This generates alterations differentiation inhibition. Thus, oncogenes represent suitable targets gene therapy strategies against cervical cancer. An attractive technology platform developing post-transcriptional selective silencing expression, using small interference RNA. Therefore, present study, we used SiHa cells (HPV16+) transiently transfected specific siRNA expression plasmids HPV16 oncogenes. In model detected repression oncogene oncoprotein an increase hypophosphorylated isoform protein autophagy apoptosis morphology features. These findings suggest that siRNAs, significant biological effects on survival human a potential strategy
