摘要: Background/Aims: To assess the accuracy of transient elastography (TE) in prediction esophageal varices (EV). Materials and Methods: The literature search was conducted by using PubMed, EMBASE, Web Science, CENTRAL on Cochrane Library without time or language restrictions. Terms used were FibroScan, elastography, stiffness, varices. pooled sensitivity, specificity, other parameters obtained a bivariate mixed-effects regression model. Result: Twenty studies (2530 patients) identified for inclusion. positive negative likelihood ratios, diagnostic odds ratio 0.84 (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.79-0.87), 0.68 CI, 0.61-0.73), 2.58 2.15-3.10), 0.24 0.19-0.32), 10.60 (95%CI, 7.20-15.62), respectively. summary area under receiver operating characteristics (AUROC) curves 0.82 0.79-0.86). Especially, hepatitis C patients, performance TE detecting presence EV similar to all patients with sensitivity 0.83 specificity 0.63, but heterogeneity (I2 = 0.00). For large viral liver cirrhosis, CI 0.74-0.89) 0.77 0.65-0.85), respectively, significant Conclusion: Transient has good moderate specificity. can be as an effective noninvasive screening tool varices, especially cirrhosis.
