摘要: It is not until accomplishment of a variety molecular changes during the transit through female reproductive tract that mammalian spermatozoa are capable exhibiting highly activated motility with asymmetric whiplash beating flagella (hyperactivation) and undergoing acrosomal exocytosis in head (acrosome reaction). These collectively termed capacitation promoted by bicarbonate, calcium cholesterol acceptors. Such capacitation-promoting factors can stimulate intracellular cyclic AMP (cAMP) signal transduction spermatozoa. Meanwhile, hyperactivation acrosome reaction essential to sperm fertilization oocytes apparently triggered sufficient increase Ca²⁺ flagellum head, respectively. Thus, it necessary investigate relationship between cAMP signaling cascades for purpose understanding basis capacitation. In this review, I cover updated insights regarding transduction, flagellar then account possible roles subsequent mouse boar
