摘要: The effects of gangliosides on phosphorylation were studied in rat brain membrane. Gangliosides stimulated only the presence Ca2+ with major phosphoproteins 45,000, 50,000, 60,000, and 80,000 daltons high-molecular-weight species. In addition, inhibited three proteins molecular weights 15,000, 20,000, 78,000 daltons. two low-molecular-weight comigrated myelin basic proteins. Ganglioside stimulation was dependent formation a Ca2+-ganglioside complex since calcium salt maximally. Disialo trisialo more potent stimulators kinase activity than monosialo GM1 X GD1a most activator tested. Asialo-GM1, cerebroside, sialic acid, neuraminyllactose, sulfatide, acidic phospholipids phosphatidylserine phosphatidylinositol did not stimulate activity. Ca2+-dependent, ganglioside-stimulated qualitatively similar to pattern for calmodulin-dependent phosphorylation. However, while an IC50 10 microM trifluoperazine, 200 trifluoperazine. These results indicate that have membrane-associated activities suggest complexes are membrane
