摘要: The liver is a transporting epithelium, composed of sheets hepatocytes that separate the canalicular lumen from perisinusoidal space. Transport macromolecules blood to bile thought occur by transcellular vesicular pathway (Brown and Kloppel, 1989; Lake et al. 1985), where internalize extracellular material either specific receptors or fluidphase endocytosis. Ligands taken up receptor-mediated endocytosis are selectively delivered lysosomes (e.g. asialoglycoproteins) transcytosis polymeric immunoglobulin A). Transcellular transport majority other derived biliary proteins (Reuben, 1984) does not involve receptor binding.
