Preparation and characterization of ZrO 2 :Er 3+ , Yb 3+ nanoparticles using a high pressure assisted soft template

摘要: Nanoparticles of ZrO2:Er 3+ , Yb fabricated by a soft template method combined with microwave heating under high pressures were reported for the first time. Nano in concentrations 0.1‐15mol% have been presence agent diethylene glycol or polyethylene reactor at up to 55atm. The average size as-synthesized nanoparticles was found be 5‐13nm. upconversion luminescence ZrO2 : Er red region 630‐710nm and green 510‐570nm, excitation an infrared diode laser wavelengths 830 940nm, respectively. change content ratio between monoclinic tetragonal phases when annealing temperature increases from 600 1200 C investigated. phase decreases disappears samples annealed C. increase is suggested main reason luminescent intensity nano .
