摘要: Gastric cancer is one of the most common causes cancer-related death in Asian countries, including Korea. We experienced a case leptomeningeal carcinomatosis (LC) from gastric that was originally misdiagnosed as vestibular schwannoma based on similar radiological characteristics. To our knowledge, LC very rare. In conclusion, experience with this suggests clinicians should consider possibility delayed metastasis when treating patients cancer.
