摘要: Protein kinase C (PKC) is now known to play an important physiological role in essentially all cell types. This review will focus on what about the contractile differentiated smooth muscle. Current knowledge molecular structure of PKC isoforms be discussed as they relate mechanisms translocation and targeting within muscle cells Studies performed PKC-dependent signalling pathways with emphasis studies from our laboratory, especially discussing thin filament linked pathways. Thick described more detail elsewhere this monograph.
