摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the accuracy and precision McMaster method with Raynaud's modification in detection eggs nematodes Toxocara canis (Werner, 1782) Trichuris ovis (Abildgaard, 1795) faeces dogs. Four variants were used for counting: one grid, two grids, whole chamber flotation tube. One hundred sixty samples prepared from dog (20 repetitions each egg quantity) containing 15, 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 300 T. 1 g faeces. To compare influence kind on results, enriched at same levels another nematode, Ascaris suum Goeze, 1782. In addition, 160 pig only A. way. highest limit (the lowest level that detected least 50% repetitions) all obtained (25-250 eggs/g faeces). variant tube, (100 eggs/g). best results detection, sensitivity coefficients variation use variant. There no significant impact properties results. Multiplication factors calculated basis transformed equation regression line, illustrating relationship between number added the'sample. higher than those expected using Raynaud modification.
