摘要: Abstract Objective : To determine the frequency and topography of pelvic para-aortic node involvement in cervical carcinoma to identify appropriate level for resection lymphatic chains. Methods Between 1985 1994, 421 women with stage Ib or II were treated by surgery combination irradiation. Each underwent a radical hysterectomy systematic lymphadenectomy. Results A median 34 lymph nodes removed per patient. The overall was 26%, metastases 8%. metastasis associated significantly ( χ 2 = 7.8; P 14.8; 5.9; Conclusion Para-aortic lymphadenectomy should remove all left chain (inframesenteric supramesenteric) so be performed up renal vein. According low when tumor size is below cm, such procedure could avoided patients small tumors.
