摘要: Introduction The promotion of return to work (RTW) following occupational injury benefits injured workers, their families, enterprises and the society. identification potential determinants would be helpful in improving RTW rate minimizing duration absenteeism injury. Objectives aim study was identify work-related Methods A historical cohort workers with a state-owned locomotive vehicles company central China followed up on outcomes RTW. Demographic, employment medical information retrieved from archival documents; post-injury interviewed by structured questionnaires. Univariate analysis Cox Regression Model were used examine associations between Results Three hundred 323 cases (92.9%) eventually returned after median absence 43 days. Factors socio-demographic, clinical, economic, psychological domains affected univariate analyses. multivariate indicated that age, severity, locus, nature, pain self-report health status pre-injury monthly salary significant Conclusions There multidimensional factors affecting Proper clinical treatment rehabilitation, as well economic social support facilitate workers’ priorities upon intervention.
