摘要: Pathological changes of the tendon long head biceps (LHB) are very frequent in disorders rotator cuff: incidence tendonitis varies from 60% athletes practicing overhead sports to 100% patients with massive cuff tears. Instability (subluxation and dislocation) LHB ranges 16% 20% while tears occur 5%. Clinical diagnosis lesions is simple but difficult presence instability SLAP lesion. There no specific tests for LHB, clinical symptoms those tear. Imaging effective tendonitis, tear, intra-articular dislocation, not subluxation extraarticular dislocation.
