摘要: The benefits and risks of singular repetitive microneedling (1 mm) have not been thoroughly investigated. aim this study was to evaluate the skin needling with a device in an animal model without skincare. 30 Sprague Dawley rats were randomized five groups: control, skin-care only (Vitamin A & C), 1× 1 mm, 4× mm skin-care. All animals euthanized after 10 weeks. Skin specimens stained HE Masson's trichrome. Additionally, gene expression analysis microarray technique for various growth factors (TGFβ1-3, FGF, EGF, VEGF, TNF-α) real time reverse transcription PCR collagen I III conducted. We showed that matches sessions superposition epidermal dermal such as increase thickness (up 658% increase, p value 0.0008) connective tissue--even more so when combined vitamin C. Juvenile itself up-regulated all groups, while down-regulated. Singular PCI can achieve supersede results already shown medical needling.
