摘要: In the last decade, graphene photodetectors have been introduced and investigated in many works. any photodetector, separation of photo-excited electrons holes is one most basic mechanisms. However, a few distinct methods already for all them are based on usage longitudinal electric field. this paper, new method proposed. Our applying vertical field which induces an asymmetric potential barrier front or both carriers. First, simple one-dimensional toy model consisting atomic chain used to focus concept. Many aspects, including effects location, its height, width, by model. Then, order extend real applications, structure paper; it nanoribbons metal gate. results show that appropriate carrier separation. The nonequilibrium Green function with tight-binding employed simulation proposed devices, shown paper.
