摘要: A large proportion of stroke survivors have to deal with problems in mobility. Proper evaluations must be undertaken understand the sensorimotor impairments underlying locomotor disorders post stroke, so that evidence-based interventions can developed. The current electrophysiological, biomechanical, and imagery provide insight into dysfunction as well their advantages limitations, are reviewed this paper. In particular, electrophysiological focus on contrast electromyographic patterns integrity spinal reflex pathways during perturbed unperturbed locomotion between persons healthy individuals. At a behavioral level, biomechanical include temporal distance factors, kinematic kinetic analyses, mechanical energy metabolic cost, useful when combined measures for interpretation gait disturbances related control central nervous system or secondary constraints. Finally, methods imaging transcranial magnetic stimulation further cortical corticospinal pathways.
