摘要: Expression of tissue-specific homing molecules directs antigen-experienced T cells to particular peripheral tissues. In studies using soluble antigens that focused on skin and gut, antigen-presenting (APCs) within regional lymphoid tissues were proposed be responsible for imprinting phenotypes. Whether this occurs in other sites after physiologic antigen processing presentation is unknown. We define vivo distinct phenotypes monospecific responding expressed by tumors intracerebral, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal with efficient brain-tropism CD8 crossprimed the cervical lymph nodes (LNs). Multiple programs could occur simultaneously same LN when present more than one site. Thus, identity not paramount determining phenotype; critical functional parameter dictated upstream at site capture crosspresenting APCs.
