摘要: The aim of this paper is a design questionnaire as measurement tool to evaluate an e-government website quality and testing its clarity readability. Through comprehensive literature review sources on in various domains especially the domain e-government, be concluded 49 items. These dimensions are compiled into that can used valuate features for importance websites. A focus group sixty students studying area computer science computerized information systems, at Taibah University KSA, was selected respondents. Respondents were asked complete proposed from author if it need, provide feedback readability questions dimensions. Feedback comments improve Proposed build final use future work. developed study gain insight views all categories KSA community (citizens or residents) features.
