Evaluating Jordan's e-government website: a case study

摘要: This study had two objectives: first, to propose an instrument identify the major dimensions used in evaluating e-government websites. A model is proposed for evaluation of websites from users' perspective. The second objective was measure influence these on intention use Jordan's website. sample 300 Jordanian students conducted experiential test, where they performed specific tasks and answered questions related tasks. Usability, accessibility privacy/security were significant factors predicting adoption Conclusions, contributions, future work are reported at end.
