E-government is becoming an important topic attracting more research. Its adoption determined by many factors among which user's not a well researched one. Without real longitudinal research, cannot be investigated. To explore the familiarity, we utilized different objectives. first sample 241 responses to understand relative 20 concepts that known belong topic. second included stage method, extended survey. A survey including additional 14 items measured four constructs: perceived usefulness, ease use, assurance, e-government. was distributed class 50 students at start course end it.Results indicated high levels regard provision, time location, necessity information needed. Dimensions like divide (gender accessibility) change were highly recognized topics. On other hand, e-participation political moderately sample. Results (gained from content) out used. Also, Finally, all item means increased except for one only. Governments need raise regarding initiatives improve citizens'
