摘要: Abstract The electrochemical oxidation of guanosine has been studied in aqueous phosphate buffer solutions at a pyrolytic graphite electrode. primary electrooxidation step appears to involve 1 e−, H+ reaction leading free radical with the unpaired electron being located C8-position. This reacts and water yield several other radicals which then undergo series chemical reactions yielding some novel guanine di- tri-nucleosides.
