摘要: We report the results of a study on neo-sex chromosome systems six Neotropical Melanoplinae species for contributing to better understanding their origin and behaviour these systems. Our analyses included detailed descriptions structure sex configurations in male female meiosis belonging genera Ronderosia, Dichromatos Atrachelacris. Three species, R. forcipatus, malloi A. unicolor, showed typical Robertsonian fusion-derived neo sex-chromosomes. However, metaphase I orientation bergi pair indicated that more than one rearrangement was involved its origin. The two presented multiple neo-X1X2Y/X1X1X2X2 system, with fusions genesis. Observations meiosis, confirmed nature sex-chromosomes analyzed. also different degrees homology divergence between chromosomes emphasize plasticity complement establish generate novel sex-chromosome discuss karyotypic diversity within this group terms centromeric drive theory chromosomal evolution.
