摘要: The anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene rearrangement is a driver of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Positive expression ALK has been considered molecular subtype NSCLC, that there are special pathological characteristics and clinical prognosis. Furthermore, the tyrosine inhibitor demonstrated high effective in treating positive NSCLC patients. Thus making diagnostic testing for an important step process diagnosis. Currently, many detecting assays available or development, pathologists focus on how to choose best method routine diagnosis cancer. There domestic international authoritative guidelines recommend assays, technological relative standard. In current review, we summarize tests sample types could be used identify patients with ALK-positive NSCLC.
