摘要: The haemostatic profile of 46 healthy, adult female llamas was evaluated and compared to a human reference plasma. results indicate that standard laboratory reagents procedures are suitable for the determination procoagulant, anticoagulant fibrinolytic analytes in llama Human recombinant tissue factor is an effective reagent prothrombin time assay. With this reagent, plasma exhibited clotting similar activated partial thromboplastin were shorter than plasma, there significant (p<0.05) increase, order tenfold, VIII:C activity when used as standard. activities other procoagulant proteins, including VII, IX, X Xl, irrespective whether or standards used. inhibitory activity, determined by amounts α2-macroglobulin antithrombin, estimated from levels plasminogen activators, well fibrinogen values consistent with those reported domestic species such horse.
