摘要: Objective This article analyses changes in aggressive behaviour throughout the course of dementia. Design Prospective, 10 year, longitudinal study dementia, with autopsy follow-up. Setting Subjects living at home a carer, Oxfordshire, UK. Participants Ninety-nine people dementia (Alzheimer's disease and/or vascular dementia) who were carer. Measures At 4-monthly intervals, carers interviewed about subjects and assessed cognitively. Subjects' was using Present Behavioural Examination. This is an investigator-based, semi-structured interview consisting eight main sections monitoring behavioural psychological change. Eight different aspects detail comparison made other relevant factors. Results Verbal aggression most common longest lasting form behaviour. Aggressive resistance physical are likely to persist until death. Intimate care factor precipitating There no correlations between any type age, gender or time since onset dementia.
