摘要: Abstract The extraction of arsenic species from mussel tissues is performed by using low power focused microwaves. compounds are separated with anion-exchange liquid chromatography and detected inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). optimised applying a sequential Doehlert design, which allows us to quantify the influence microwave power, exposure time relative proportions methanol/water in medium. Well correlated second-order models fitted determine yields arsenobetaine (AsBet), probable arsenosugar (AsS), monomethylarsonate (MMA), dimethylarsinate (DMA) As (V). By microwaves sample preparation much shorter than other methods. At powers close 40 W times less 4 min (55/45), whole yield reaches 85%. proportion respect total 68% AsBet, 14% AsS+MMA 2% DMA.
