摘要: The growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR), also known as the ghrelin receptor, is involved in mediating a wide variety of biological effects ghrelin, including: stimulation release, increase food intake and body weight, modulation glucose lipid metabolism, regulation gastrointestinal motility secretion, protection neuronal cardiovascular cells, immune function. Dependent on tissues activation GHSR may trigger diversity signaling mechanisms subsequent distinct physiological responses. Distinct occurs at levels transcription, interaction internalization. Here we review current understanding intracellular pathways its modulation. An overview molecular structure presented first, followed by discussion mechanisms. Finally, potential regulating are reviewed.
