摘要: Energy poverty can be seen as situation in which a household lacks socially and materially necessitated level of energy services the home. In context European Union (EU), its causes consequences largely coincide with those more narrowly defined notion ‘fuel poverty’, has attracted significant amount public attention, scientific research, state policy Ireland UK. Outside these two countries, however, EU scholarship, debates, policies are embryonic. From limited research that been published to date, it is possible conclude condition predicated upon high prices, low incomes, inefficient buildings appliances, specific households needs. It particularly widespread Eastern, Central, Southern Europe, where tends affect groups who already vulnerable income poverty.
